MANNOL Extreme 5W-40 (7915) is a premium synthetic engine oil formulated with ester technology for gasoline and diesel engines, with or without turbocharging. Designed around the needs of European automakers, it also suits a broad range of passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and older or higher-mileage engines where its specifications are appropriate.
Its ester-containing synthetic base and modern additive package provide strong anti-wear and anti-friction performance through a durable lubricating film. Excellent pumpability supports cold starts and stop-start driving, while the oil's viscosity-temperature performance maintains dependable lubrication during city traffic, highway travel, hot weather and demanding operation such as hill climbs, towing or heavy loads within the vehicle's limits.
Detergent and dispersant properties, together with high thermal-oxidative stability, help combat engine deposits and keep components clean throughout conventional or extended (Long Life) service intervals. MANNOL also highlights its reserve alkalinity (TBN), supporting performance with varying fuel quality, including fuels with sulfur content up to 500 ppm.
